Service Level Metrics

Our Service Level Metrics module is an assessment of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the client and their service provider. 

The Service Level Metrics review will focus on the core services provided and detailed in the SLA. The content of the review will be benchmarked against best market practice, which has been derived from Thomas Murray IDS's review of service provider contracts and service level agreements in the previous twelve months. 

Thomas Murray IDS will comment on the content of subjects covered and provide an insight into the value of a “working” SLA document and how the benefits of it might be enhanced.  

Our commentary will reflect Thomas Murray IDS’s experience and evaluation of other agreements, globally.
