One day workshop

Crowne Plaza Melbourne, 1-5 Spencer Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3008, Room – Bridge 2

$899 plus GST.

Date: Wednesday, March 4, 2015 Time: 9am to 5:30pm Venue: Crowne Plaza Melbourne, 1-5 Spencer Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3008 Room: Bridge 2 The Directors of Thomas Murray IDS will present, by way of a workshop, a current assessment of global custody developments and the issues faced by investors. Events such as Lehman Brothers, Madoff, MF Global and other defaults have highlighted the importance of asset recoverability and portability. The risks arise in different forms, depending on how the investments are held; whether they are held as segregated assets, pooled vehicles or directly held by the custodian. During the workshop, we will look at each arrangement and share the experiences gained and lessons learned from 20 years of working on a variety of detailed custody consulting projects both locally in Australia and New Zealand, and globally for a variety of clients. The day is designed to be interactive and to provide a forum to discuss experiences with peers. Click here to see the detailed agenda for the workshop:
